First it was the dishwasher. Water valve went and Bob was able to come out and diagnose the problem within 5 minutes of being here! Came out about a week later after ordering the part and professionally and courteously fixed the problem while making sure he cleaned up the water that was leaking as he went. Problem was fixed and Bob was out the door within 20 minutes. I’m telling you they are fast and reliable.
Next within a weeks time was the motor for the locking mechanism to the brand new gas range we bought. Bob was able to come out and diagnose and order the part within 5 minutes again. A week later the part was in and the lady at the office called asking if I was available for next day service. Absolutely! My appointment was between 8-12 a.m and Bob was at our house within the first hour. Fixed within 20 minutes once again. I’m telling you this company is very reliable and I would welcome Bob back into my house for future appliance repair needs! Thanks.
