APPLIANCE PARTS STOCK – Many of the common appliance repair parts (stove, refrigerator, washer, dryer) ordered on a typical day are in stock. If we need to order the particular part for your appliance, allow 10 to 12 days. Rarely, a repair part may be on back order from a manufacturer - sometimes for months – but we'll do our best to keep you updated on the order status.
CREDIT CARDS – Your credit card will be charged when we ship your parts order. In the event that there are multiple shipments, each parts shipment will be charged separately. However, there will only be one shipping charge for each order - regardless of how many shipments of your parts we make for a single order.
PAYMENTS – Visa, MasterCard, checks and money orders.
GUARANTEE – The stocked portion of your parts order will ship on the date ordered. NOTE: "today" in the shipping guarantee refers to the day in US Eastern Standard Time.
US POSTAL SERVICE SHIPPING OPTION – If your appliance repair part order isn't urgent, use this option. Packages sent this way are low delivery priority and low cost (up to two weeks).
WHEN WE SHIP IN-STOCK PARTS – Fedex and Post Office orders placed by NOON Monday through Friday will ship the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 p.m. on Friday ship Monday.
WHEN WE SHIP OUT-OF-STOCK PARTS – Out of stock items take up to 14 days. When received, we ship according to your shipping selection.
SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES – The Post Office shipping option is required, depending on the destination and items on your order. The following US Post Office policies apply:
We cannot ship hazmat items to P.O. Boxes
We cannot ship Overnight, 2 Day or Ground to P.O. Boxes
We cannot ship oversize items to P.O. Boxes
We cannot ship on government holidays, including: New Year's Day, Birthday of Martin Luther King, Jr., President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day
These orders will ship the next business day.
RETURNS: No harm, no foul, we guarantee money back for undamaged parts returned within 30 days.
RETURN REQUIREMENTS: Please provide your name, the order number and reason for return. If you don’t know the order number, call us.
RETURN PACKING: Pack your return securely in the original shipping carton. Use the return-address label printed on the packing slip or a slip of paper and send the package to:

REFUNDS: Once the returned item is processed, your credit card amount will be credited (plus any tax). This normally only takes 1 or 2 days, but your bank may not release the funds back to you for two weeks or more depending on their policies.
